The service I had was excellent. The staff were attentive and ensured my needs were promptly met. I particularly enjoyed the food. Breakfast was great, especially the fresh Dosa and coconut chutney. The walkway in front of the hotel made my strolls nice.
The location is somewhat distant from the main city attractions, requiring considerable travel time.

musty smellinconsistent service
The room smelled musty which i did not like. also refilling the toiletries was not automatic. I had to request it. its location at the far end of the palm meant ubers were reluctant to come out that far. lastly the turndown service lacked consistency it was offered some nights but not others and the amenities provided such as fruit were inconsistent

This hotel was so good! Our room was beautifully decorated with rose petals and a personalized cake to celebrate our anniversary! Dining was a true culinary journey and the in-room dining tasted exquisite, especially the pasta bolognese and butter chicken. Every staff member acted courteously and proactively to ensure our stay was nice!
The location is a bit far from some attractions, requiring additional travel time and expenses using taxis.
